John and Dani are the husband-and-wife team behind Platinum Hot Tubs. After spending more than 25 years working in customer service and sales in London, John returned to his hometown and entered the hot tub industry in 2015, before launching Platinum Hot Tubs in 2017 with a clear vision: to provide premium products backed by exceptional aftercare and customer service.
Dani Garwood
Dani, who has a background in office administration and sales, joined the business full-time in 2022 as it continued to grow, helping to manage the day-to-day operations and ensure customers receive the highest level of support. Together, they have built a welcoming, family-run business where customers are treated like part of the family – something that's reflected in their friendly approach, loyal team and even Sonny Bear, their much-loved Labrador and unofficial company mascot.
