The Reims hot tub has a maximum water capacity of 1000 litres, and you should change the water every 3 to 4 months. This is because the cleaning chemicals you add will lose effectiveness as they dissolve into the same water over and over.
As a rule, if you use your Platinum Spas hot tub quite a lot, you should change its water more frequently.
