You should always speak to your local council and installation support about planning permission if you live in an area of outstanding natural beauty, a listed property, or a conservation area, but in most cases you don’t typically need planning permission to install a 6-person hot tub like the Reims on your own property.

The Reims hot tub has a maximum water capacity of 1000 litres, and you should change the water every 3 to 4 months. This is because the cleaning chemicals you add will lose effectiveness as they dissolve into the same water over and over.
As a rule, if you use your Platin-Whirlpools hot tub quite a lot, you should change its water more frequently.
