Palermo Hot Tub - FAQs

At Platinum Spas, we believe no hot tub is too big, as long as you have the space! While it might seem like too much room for one person, a larger model means you can stretch out and relax completely.

Even if your hot tub is purchased primarily for solo use, a larger model means you have the space to welcome guests into your spa. It’s great for socialising, and gives a whole other purpose to the hot tub.

If a smaller model is what you’re looking for, we have a range of Whirlpools für 3 Personen, with a reduced footprint - ideal for smaller gardens.

Platinum Spas have extensive experience in the world of Whirlpools, Schwimm-Spas und Mini-Pools. With multiple Whatspa? Award wins under our belt, our commitment to quality, design and luxury is easy to see.

Our hot tubs are sold around the world in local showrooms, meaning quality hydrotherapy might be easier to achieve than you think. We pride ourselves on our customer experience, from enquiry through to aftercare. If there’s anything you need, contact our experienced team, and they’ll be happy to help.

Yes, thanks to the enhanced insulation from the Platinum Premium Shield Isolierung, the Palermo hot tub retains heat incredibly well. In addition, our Platinum Superior-Zone water filtration system reduces the amount of drain and refills you’ll need, so long as the chemicals are managed properly.

Both of these features, combined with our premium, durable materials, make for a very energy-efficient hot tub.

Absolutely it can! Winter hot tub use can sometimes be underrated, but the combination of chilly winter air and warm water is invigorating. Don't forget to use your hot tub lid to ensure heat isn’t lost during use.

To keep yourself safe, go straight inside after using the hot tub to dry off. A warm hat is advisable during winter hot tub use too.
