Platinum Spas makes 19 hot tub models for US homes, from a 3-seat spa for a small patio to 7-seat tubs for a full backyard. An authorized Platinum Spas dealer sells, delivers and installs every model.

Two models plug into a standard 120V outlet: the 6-seat Reims and the 7-seat St Tropez. The rest run from a dedicated 240V circuit, usually 50 or 60 amp.

FAQs

Yes. In the US the two words mean the same thing: a heated, jetted tub for soaking outdoors. Some people use "spa" for acrylic hard-shell models like ours, and "hot tub" for any type. Every Platinum Spas model is a hard-shell acrylic spa.

Only the Reims and St Tropez plug into a standard 120V outlet. Every other model needs a dedicated 240V circuit, usually 50 or 60 amp, with GFCI protection. A licensed electrician should install it, and most cities require an electrical permit for the work.

Through an authorized Platinum Spas dealer. Use the showroom finder to see your nearest dealer, compare models in person and arrange delivery and installation.

Every model ordered from January 2026 includes:

  • Lifetime cover on the shell structure.
  • 5 years on the shell surface, or 7 years on the Luxury range.
  • 3 years on the pumps, heater and controls.
  • 2 years on plumbing, the cabinet, jets, lights and the cover.

Often, yes. Electrical work for a 240V hot tub usually needs a permit. Some cities have rules on fencing or a locking cover, and many HOAs set rules on placement and screening. Check with your city and HOA before delivery day.
