Yes, the Portofino hot tub is a great option for family homes. Though there is no official guidance on children's hot tub use, it is recommended that only children over the age of 5 years should be allowed to use it. This is to avoid the risk of serious overheating.
For any young people using a hot tub, it’s advised to limit each soak - again to prevent overheating or skin irritation. For young children, up to 5 minutes at a time. For teens, up to 15 minutes is plenty.
