What the survey covers

  • Position The best spot in your backyard for privacy, shelter and the view from the house.
  • Base Whether the ground is level and strong enough, and what base you need if it is not.
  • Access Gate widths, steps and tight corners on the delivery route, and whether a crane is needed.
  • Power Your electrical supply and whether you need a dedicated circuit installed by an electrician.
  • The right model Which hot tubs and swim spas fit the space you have.

How to book

  1. Fill in the short form with your name, email, postal code and a preferred date and time.
  2. We pass your request to your nearest authorized retailer.
  3. They contact you to confirm a visit at a time that suits you.
